We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8 on orders below $99.
- Free Standard shipping on orders $99 and over.
- Express shipping: $15 when available at checkout.
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your available delivery options and final total are shown before you pay.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery time depends on your destination and carrier; any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate.
When your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns
30-day returns for unopened games
You can return an unopened ZiggleZoo game within 30 days of delivery. The game must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email info@zigglezoo.com with your order number before sending your game back. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
Buyers pay return postage unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We'll help resolve the problem and cover any necessary return postage for a damaged or incorrect order.
Refunds
We'll review the returned game and contact you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
