30-day returns for unopened games

You can return an unopened ZiggleZoo game within 30 days of delivery. The game must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email info@zigglezoo.com with your order number before sending your game back. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Buyers pay return postage unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We will help resolve the problem and cover any necessary return postage for a damaged or incorrect order.

Refunds

We will review the returned game and contact you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
